The team is experienced in delivering high quality planning submission for a range of energy related projects, with an in-depth knowledge of wind energy, energy from waste and other renewable energy technologies.
The team has expertise in preparing and presenting evidence at planning inquiries and hearings, appointing appropriate expert witnesses and reviewing and ‘inquiry proofing’ evidence and original application documentation. TNEI has contributed to a number of key renewable energy policy and guidance documents at local, regional and national levels.
Since 2005 TNEI has secured 0ver 130 planning permissions for commercial wind developments, with an overall success rate in planning of around 90%.
