Energy Awareness Training

All TNEI’s energy management training is tailored to the requirements of an individual organisation, building on energy information taken directly from the client.

Key energy issues that need to be addressed in a client’s business are identified and built into the programme covering technical, procedural and behavioural activities that can help reduce energy use.

TNEI’s training team works with clients to identify key stakeholders for training among staff, senior management sample energy usage graph and any Energy Team the organisation may have.

Energy Training Themes include:

Many of TNEI’s packages introduce the concept of energy management by looking at domestic energy use. Participants are given information and encouraged to ask questions to make the link between energy use in the home and their responsibility in the workplace.

For senior management, a key aspect of the training is to highlight the financial benefits to be derived from improving energy management and awareness.

Energy Champion Training covers all the above as well as incorporating practical skills transfer training in how to conduct energy audits, gain senior management buy-in, write energy policies and run energy awareness campaigns.

Training is provided on a client’s premises with groups of between 10—15 delegates, with sessions lasting from 1—2 hours.
