Energy Audits

Audit reports

TNEI undertakes in-depth audits of energy use on your site to identify potential energy savings. We have worked with a wide range of organisations to deliver energy audits ranging from offices, schools, shopping centres through to manufacturing.

TNEI tailor the energy audit to each individual client to ensure that it meets the requirements of the organisation. Audits can follow two different styles, either a general audit of the site covering all aspects of the operation or alternatively an audit focused on a particular aspect, for example, compressed air usage or lighting.

Before each audit, TNEI can perform a benchmarking exercise, using industry standard benchmark figures, to provide an indication of your organisation's current energy efficiency performance and potential savings.

TNEI will then discuss with you the acceptable returns on investment to allow us to categorise our findings into no cost, low cost and significant cost options.

During the audit, TNEI will use their considerable experience and expertise to identify all potential energy savings. Making use of a variety of equipment from thermal imaging cameras to ultrasonic leak detectors, we will be able to not only identify but also quantify the potential savings.

Once the audit is completed, TNEI will visit site to discuss the report with the key personnel on site. TNEI believes this is important in helping to ensure that the recommendations are implemented. It allows any concerns or potential issues from different departments to the recommendations to be addressed and resolved.
