Compressed Air System Auditing

Compressor Compressed air systems are typically one of the large energy users on site. They are frequently one of the most inefficient energy users on site and one of the areas where quick and easy savings can be made.

TNEI’s Energy Management team offers a specific compressed air systems auditing service to help identify and improve inefficiencies in your compressed air systems. Dependant upon your requirements, we offer two levels of audit.

Option 1 – This audit purely focuses on detecting, locating and tagging air leaks. A full ultrasonic leak detection survey of all your compressed air pipework will be performed. Where leaks are found, the location will be noted, photographed and tagged. At the end of the survey, a report will be produced detailing all the compressed air leaks found on site.

Option 2 – This audit is a more comprehensive analysis of your compressed air systems. The audit will include the ultrasonic leak detection survey detailed in Option 1, and in addition detail the cost of each leak, allowing the leaks to be prioritised and repaired. The audit will also focus on:

A comprehensive report will be produced detailing the findings, recommendations and where appropriate, the savings and return on investment.
